Milano Citrine Ring
DESCRIPTION
The best part of this piece is the story behind it. "The Milano ring is named after a trip to Milan. One night while out and about, something bright in the bars floor kept reflecting a shine towards me. When I looked down to see what it was - I saw a beautiful ring…. This solid gold beauty had an astonishing facetated citrine stone. This piece was inspired from that little treasure I found.."

ABOUT ODISSEA
Jewelry can be worn as a memorabilia from a distant time & place, a symbolism of the ever-changing nature of memories.
It all started when I turned sea shells collected from the Rockaway beach into jewelry pieces. Ever since, I’ve been archiving shells from my travels.
I work with artisans from a small town called Taxco, the biggest silvermining town. Sadly, this craft is a dying art - all silversmiths are 60 years old or older.
Odissea was born not only out of my love for creating beauty from nature's spontaneity, but also a greater desire to preserve the silversmithing art in Mexico.
My hope is to eventually build a craft school in Taxco to inspire younger generations to preserve this craft.
